This 3.5 inch intake system will finally allow your cat to catch her breath! The stock AJ V8 intake is very restrictive, going from the 3.5 inch throttle body into a 2.5 inch pipe up to the filter. This takes away from one of the key components of making power: air! Installing a 3.5 inch intake will free up extra horsepower and the open air filter will add some growl to your big cat.
The kit includes the following:
- Full 3.5″ aluminium piping
(One of the pipings will include a point to plug in your new PCV line) - All needed silicone couplers in black
- An open air filter in red
- All the hose clamps you’ll need
- A 3D printed adapter for your valve cover PCV output
- A brand new hose for your PCV system
Installation is about 30 minutes and only requires a basic socket set. You will re-use the stock air flow meter. Printed instructions will be included, or you can check out our video instructions.
This intake works even better if you include our Oil Catch Can system! This way your car will not only breathe more air, it will also breathe clean air free of recirculated fumes.
